"I am totally satisfied with everything. The service is excellent;
people are extremely nice and helpful and always answer questions quickly
or come to the rescue when you need them no matter what time. I feel very
well treated. The program is also excellent. I have learned heaps,
probably more than I thought and I am grateful my payments could be
arranged in instalments, otherwise, there's no way I can do it. Then my
last teacher; I haven't had the time to write a feedback about him and/or
the lesson until yesterday, and I don't know if it went through, that's
why I'm doing this now.
I think he is amazing. I love the way he teaches,
especially because we advance fast; he is very conscientious, hard worker
but very supportive at the same time. If we hadn't missed so many days,

"In the beginning (it just happened to start with the same words as the torah start) I was very disappointed when receiving the starting kit and the headphone set and keyboard stickers. I said to myself that I had probably abused somehow, since the price of 85 euro seemed to be far too much for those things. Then miracles started to happen. I was called and assisted to install at&t, then called again to be reminded about my preorientation lesson.
it happened that I had some technical problems but your guys gave me all the support and assistance I needed, not mentioning that I was called many times to be assisted and reminded of my next class or after class hour... during preorientation your technicians did a great job and I got the feeling that maybe I rushed to much when jmping into conclusions that it was not worth guying a try for the 85 euro.
then I was profoundly impressed that my teacher Shani tzoref called me and reminded me of my first class. After that first class, I was pleased to discover myself absolutely convinced that your method and the professionalism of the teacher worth far much more that I had previously considered and that, yes, biblical Hebrew could have probably been the best choice I'd made.
Not mentioning the satisfaction Daniel Olariu leads me to, through his after class hour. After this second Hebrew class and after class that took place yesterday, December 14th, I made my mind and yes, I would like to continue studying with hebrewonline team! You are wonderful people and good professionals, so it's a pleasure for me every time I meet you even if only through computer.
